This is a part-time, 22-hour-a-week, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. We teach the HVAC program only at night. 4:30 to 10pm. Monday through Thursday.
The primary responsibility will be to teach HVAC-R courses. The typical teaching load is two courses per six-week term. Applicants will also be expected to advise students academically, assist the program director,and participate in department training, meetings, and graduation. Successful applicants must have at least three years of experience in HVAC-R service positions. Certifications are a plus. Prior teaching experience is a plus but will be provided during our orientation and ongoing development training.
