Tampa, FL 33610 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hvac, Duct work, or insulation, and mechanical knowledge. This role requires the ability to analyze and fabricate solutions while working with various tools and equipment, including a laptop. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our installs. Will train the right candidate. Duties Perform Aeroseal installations. Analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions. Fabricate components as needed to meet project specifications. Conduct light repairs on Duct work. Utilize CRM and Custom Software for tracking work orders and inventory. Operate a windows computer and provided equipment, to perform all installs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC, Duct repairs, Duct cleaning, or Insulation. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various equipment. Familiarity with HVAC systems. Proficient in using CMMS for efficient workflow management. Ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development. A company vehicle will be provided to you. We will train and get the right candidate certified.
