Competitive hourly rate + overtime + benefits Position Summary The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems in commercial facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and controls Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Communicate clearly with customers about work performed and recommended actions Document work orders, time logs, and equipment readings Follow all safety protocols and adhere to HVAC codes and regulations Requirements 3+ years of experience servicing commercial HVAC systems Experience with AAON units EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Experience with BAS/BMS systems is a plus High school diploma or GED required; technical or HVAC certification preferred Benefits Competitive hourly pay + overtime Company vehicle and credit card Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Ongoing training and development Supportive work environment with a strong focus on safety
