Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a commercial project in Tampa, FL. Candidates must have solid sheet metal experience, including hooking up grilles and working with duct systems.
Work Scope Includes:
Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork
Hooking up grilles, diffusers, and registers
Assembling, modifying, and sealing duct connections
Collaborating with HVAC crews on-site to complete installation phases
Following jobsite safety procedures and ensuring proper airflow setups
Requirements:
Proven sheet metal installation experience
Must have experience hooking up HVAC grilles and fittings
Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots)
Ability to follow instructions and read duct layouts/prints
Reliable transportation and punctuality
