We have experienced massive organic growth in 2024, and from this we are seeking full-time HVAC Service Technicians and Installers. •Hourly pay and Commision bonuses paid depending on job type. We are known by technicians and proud to have one of the best pay scales in our area. You are paid automatically Every Friday. You receive a healthy percentage of sold repairs, and you are paid drive time and hourly for our installs diagnosing and repairs. You also receive an additional percentage of any repairs you diagnose with the customers as well. We do not do lead setting so if you find the opportunity you are supported in offering and performing the work needed. You will have a Take-Home Company Vehicle and a Fuel Card. Our HVAC Service Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and performing other related duties.

Job Requirements:

Excellent non-negotiable Customer Service and Focus on Customer’s Best Interest. Meeting local HVAC codes and requirements. 5+ years in hvac service industry Required or preferred. Solid and Proven Residential HVAC Diagnosing Experience. Self-Directed, Positive Personality, and Highly Motivated to work for a Free Range Leader in a Family Centered Work Environment. Must be able to collaborate effectively across the organization and be a confident Team Member Strong enthusiasm and positivity. ​ Carry out mechanical and electrical inspection and maintenance on equipment adjusting to bring them to optimal performance Perform expert level experienced repairs. Serve as a company representative to other contractors, owners, and trades. Give advice on additional services to customers that may be beneficial to them Complete and submit accurate and complete Service Titan job completion reports in a timely manner to the service coordinator and central command staff. Perform other functions that may be assigned by the service coordinator or manager
