Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sheet Metal Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, fabricating, and maintaining sheet metal products such as ducts for HVAC systems, metal roofing, siding, and other architectural metal components in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

Pay Range:

$20-$24/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools.
Install ducts, vents, metal panels, and related components according to codes and standards.
Perform layout and assembly of metal structures at job sites.
Ensure proper sealing and insulation of installed materials.
Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a sheet metal installer or similar role.
Ability to work with tools such as shears, brakes, saws, and welding equipment.
Strong understanding of HVAC ductwork and air distribution systems (if applicable).
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and physical stamina.

Preferred Qualifications:

Trade school certification or apprenticeship training in sheet metal work.

OSHA 10/30

certification.
Experience with commercial or industrial installations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in confined spaces or at heights.
