HVAC Service/Sales Technician Catalyst Air Conditioning Fort Myers, FL 33966 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while effectively promoting and selling our products and services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support, product demonstrations, and maintenance services. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of products as required. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of service calls, sales activities, and customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and follow up on sales opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate with customers. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Technical aptitude for understanding product features and troubleshooting issues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license may be required for travel to customer locations. A willingness to learn about new products and technologies in the industry.
