Duties/Responsibilities:
- Verify & load all equipment and materials needed for each job
- Arrive timely to work and to scheduled install appointments
- Perform quality installations on package units and split systems and duct work
- Be able to clearly explain things to customers
- Work safely following all company policies
- Handle any other assigned duties as directed by management
Qualification Requirements:
- 5+ years or more HVAC installation experience Possession of an EPA Universal Certification.
- Must be able to supervise/lead a crew
- Team oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
