Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a short-term project in Fort Myers, FL. This project requires English-speaking only candidates as no translators will be on site. Immediate start available for qualified and dependable tradespeople.
Work Scope Includes:
Hanging and installing sheet metal ductwork (rectangular, spiral, and flex)
Installing hangers, supports, grilles, and curbs
Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and layouts
Sealing and insulating duct systems to ensure performance and efficiency
Maintaining safety and cleanliness on the jobsite
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of HVAC duct installation experience
Must speak and understand English fluently (no translators onsite)
Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)
Reliable transportation and consistent jobsite attendance
Ability to work independently and follow directions
