We need some one thats a self starter and a can do attitude and able to work alone.

Must have ten plus years active experience with an active heating and air conditioning company.

Must have experience trouble shooting and repairing heat pump split systems straight cool mini splits and gas units.

Must have full size truck or van as you will be doing extensive travel throughout the big bend and south georgia gas will be paid for by the company.

Must be available after hours weekends in an on call rotation not up for debate.must pass background check as you will be working in tenants homes.

Those with out 10 to 15 years in the buisness and apartment maintence techs need not apply.

You will be hired on a probational status and will report directly to the maintance director.
