AGENCYWe are looking for an experienced HVAC technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential work.

Job Duties:

Installation:
Installing new HVAC systems in homes according to manufacturer specifications and building codes

Maintenance:
Performing routine inspections and cleaning of HVAC systems to optimize performance and prevent future issues
- Diagnostics and repair: Identifying and troubleshooting malfunctions within HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical issues, and repairing or replacing faulty components
- Part replacement: Sourcing and replacing worn or damaged parts as needed
- System testing: Performing operational tests on repaired or installed systems to ensure proper functionality
- Hand tools proficiency: Ability to use a variety of hand tools and specialized equipment for installation, maintenance, and repair
- Electrical knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical wiring and circuits to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems.

Job Qualifications:
- Must have HVAC Certification (EPA Universal)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
- Ability to lift tools and build materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
