Two Managers:

•Mondaythrough Friday, with start time of 7am•Tuesday through Saturday,with start time of 7am

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the HVAC installteam to maximize performance Provide sales training and coaching toincrease revenue Oversee labor efficiency, work tracking, andinvoice accuracy Ensure excellent customer service and handleescalated concerns Monitor warranties, call-backs, and inventorycontrol Maintain operational excellence through processes andaccountability. Weekly one-on-one coaching with service technicianson KPI performance. Train your team on a weekly basis. Monitor andcontrol call backs and warranties. Demonstrate a high level ofcustomer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

5 years ofexperience in residential HVAC service or installation 3 years ofexperience managing an HVAC team of 5 technicians Strong sales andleadership skills Ability to drive business growth and team successThis is an on-site role that requires field visits.
