HVAC Installer/Service Specialist Clean Sweep Duct Cleaning & Air Conditioning About Us:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time HVAC Installer/Service Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role will handle the installation of replacement HVAC systems, run service and maintenance calls, and perform indoor air quality visits. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, committed to delivering top-notch customer service and quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

Proven HVAC installation experience is required. Current EPA certification preferred will help obtain certification. Previous experience with air duct and/or dryer vent cleaning is a plus. Experience in AC maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality work. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Accountable, dependable, and trustworthy. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required). Ability to pass background check. Ability to safely operate and maintain a company vehicle. Neat, clean appearance. Willingness to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday shifts and occasional additional hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform HVAC system installations, replacements, and upgrades. Perform air duct restoration at both residential and commercial properties. Conduct general AC maintenance and system repairs. Clearly communicate air duct restoration and HVAC solutions to customers. Demonstrate a strong understanding of company products and services. Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations. Ensure safe access and servicing of air duct and dryer vent systems. Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns. Complete job invoicing and reporting using the company’s app upon job completion. Perform daily vehicle inspections, check-in/check-out procedures, and maintain accurate departmental records.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay:

$20.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Supplemental Pay:

Commission pay, tips.
