HVAC Technician Position Available In Manatee, Florida

Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for an HVAC Tech for an HVAC installation/repair company located in the Bradenton/Sarasota, FL area.

Duties:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system components, including compressors, motors, and refrigerant lines.
• Identify and resolve HVAC system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Test HVAC systems to verify proper operation and adherence to performance standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.
• Replace or repair defective parts as needed.
• Complete service reports and documentation promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
