The ideal installer candidates will have expertise in HVAC systems and possess mechanical knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients. The installer helpers should possess mechanical knowledge and be able provide the lead installer with any and all help needed. • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Conduct field service calls for troubleshooting and repairs
• Utilize knowledge of HVAC systems for effective problem-solving
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs needed to customers
• Build and maintain a great relationship with clients
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
• Drive company van to service various locations Requirements
• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer
• Proficiency in HVAC systems and mechanical knowledge
• Excellent communication and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include: bending, lifting heave equipment and working in confined spaces
• Certification in HVAC is a plus
• Ability to effectively manage time Installer Helpers Responsibilities
