Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing air conditioning systems, including air handler units and related components. This role requires hands-on experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in both residential and commercial settings. Duties
Install, service, and troubleshoot residential and commercial AC systemsRemove and reset AC air handler units as neededPerform routine maintenance and coil cleanings to ensure system efficiencyIdentify and repair mechanical and electrical AC issuesMaintain service logs detailing work performed, parts used, and time on siteCommunicate clearly with clients about recommended services and system performanceWork alongside duct cleaning and restoration teams when needed
Skills
Strong working knowledge of AC systems, including air handlers, condensers, and basic electrical componentsMinimum 2 years of experience in AC service or installationFamiliarity with tools and techniques used in AC maintenance and repairDuct cleaning or ductwork knowledge is a plusMust be bilingual – fluent in English and SpanishStrong problem-solving and customer service skills
