This is a full-time, direct placement role at Brophy Air. Since 1991, Brophy Air has serviced all types of clients in the Miami-Dade and Broward counties and built a reputation of excellence, reliability, and professionalism. In 2018, the company became a franchise of the Linc Service network. The Linc Service network provides us with a perfected operating system (best practices, policies, programs, and procedures) that has been tested and proven for over 40 years. It has also equipped us with the most advanced technology available, which allows for a streamlined approach to all aspects of service delivery and business management, resulting in a more enhanced experience for the client. Currently, we have an immediate need for a Commercial HVAC Pipefitting Technician to join our phenomenal team!

Work Hours:

8:00 am – 5:00 pm, on-call schedule for weekends, some overtime as needed Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation or Service
• Has experience with pipefitting is a must
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Certification
• Well-organized with the ability to work independently
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
• Read and understand basic and industrial electrical schematic diagrams
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Must provide own hand tools
• High school diploma or GED
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC trade school completion
• HVAC maintenance experience is a plus
• Experience working with chillers, cooling towers and air-cooled systems over 100 tons is a plus
