The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently in various environments, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems for our clients.

Duties:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioners, and refrigeration equipment. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to identify issues and implement solutions. Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for testing electrical components and ensuring system functionality. Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills:

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems. Proficient in using tools such as Ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment. Ability to plumb and refrigerate systems effectively. Experience as a service technician in the HVAC field is preferred. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Capable of performing field service tasks independently or as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
