Seasoned construction company in Miami is looking for highly skilled HVAC tech. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial renovations and construction. We are looking for someone who can to perform the work correctly, efficiently and to code.
Qualified candidate:
Have the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systemsHave the ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand toolsBe able to work in outside conditions and in tight spacesKnow proper usage of ladders for roof accessWill have proficiency in wiring schematics.
Will maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
Will document details of services and parts provided to customersWill have five years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC serviceWill be proficient with manual and power toolsMust be skilled in performing service calls: cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. You will inspect and ensure that new systems work efficiently.
