Position Overview:

Rocket Cooling is looking for a reliable, skilled HVAC Construction Installer to join our Key Largo team. This is a new construction-focused position — ideal for someone experienced in full HVAC installs , including rough-ins, ductwork, and trim-outs . We’re a growing company that values quality work, strong communication, and a team-first mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Complete HVAC installations from start to finish in new construction homes and light commercial jobs Run ductwork, set equipment, complete rough-ins and trim-outs Read blueprints and coordinate with project managers and site supervisors Load/unload materials, maintain a clean work area, and take pride in clean, professional installations Follow local building codes and jobsite safety practices Be on time, communicate clearly, and represent Rocket Cooling well on every jobsite

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience (new construction preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with common tools and ductwork materials Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Strong work ethic — we’re looking for someone who takes ownership and gets the job done right the first time Why Rocket Cooling?
