The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong background in both service and sales.
Requirements:
Valid HVAC license and insurance Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair Ability to handle 4-5 service calls per day Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
