QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory 10 years commercial experience (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) Must have experience with all major equipment manufacturers including (Carrier, Trane, Lennox and York Rooftop systems, EMS Controls & Fire Alarm Systems) You would provide service on previously installed systems HVAC commercial installation, troubleshooting, testing, balancing and close outs Must have experience with energy management systems such as: (Novar, Honeywell and Emerson) EPA Universal Certification Some overnight and local travel is expected for this position, Company Truck, must travel within Florida. Work Authorization (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) Must have (VALID) Driver license Drug free Must be able to read (Blueprints) Principals only.
