The ideal HVAC Maintenance Person needs to have general knowledge in general handyman services and fulfill work orders for the apartment complexes in relation to HVAC (Air Conditioning). Licensed Preferred, must know basic HVAC installation, coil cleaning, change out of compressors/air handlers, filters, welding, etc.). Experienced HVAC maintenance handyman applicants should apply.
