Job overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced HVAC mechanics in Winter Garden, FL for commercial sheet metal duct installation. Candidates must be ready to work with a full set of tools and have experience installing and hanging various types of ductwork.
Work scope includes:
Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork (rectangular, spiral, etc.)
Working at height using lifts and ladders as needed
Reading blueprints and mechanical layouts
Sealing and insulating duct connections
Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
Required Tools:
Power drill (hammer or impact)
Sheet metal tools
Snips, cutters, and general hand tools
Full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of commercial HVAC experience
Strong sheet metal installation skills
Ability to follow instructions and mechanical layouts
Reliable transportation and solid attendance
