WHAT YOU’LL DO
Complete assigned tasks that include but are notlimited to: painting, pressure washing, cleaning, maintaininglighting system bulbs/ballasts (as allowed by any licensingrequirements), plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, hangingpictures, repair office furniture, locksmith work and generalmaintenance Maintain work order system (Prism) daily and completeany tenant service requests Moves office furniture, machinery,equipment, and other materials as requested Perform assignedpreventive maintenance and inspection tasks Support on-call oremergency response situations (if applicable) Troubleshoot allbuilding systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controlsComply with all safety procedures Participate in ongoing technical,safety, and operational process training programs Other projectsand tasks to be assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 3
years ofrelated work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC,plumbing, electrical or carpentry Trade school education, uniontraining, military service or college is desirable Universal CFCEPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (withJLL assistance) Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook,Excel, Teams) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfort using ladders upto 30 feet tall Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, liftand/or drive Strong customer service skills
