Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps. Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections. Provide excellent customer service by explaining system issues and recommended solutions. Accurately complete service tickets and documentation. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
Pay Structure:
Our pay structure is designed to reward hard work and dedication through an incentive-based system. Your earnings will be based entirely on your performance, including:
Service Calls Completed:
Compensation for each completed service call.
Customer Satisfaction Ratings:

Requirements:
