Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring skilled HVAC mechanics with a focus on sheet metal installation for a commercial project in St. Cloud, FL. We’re looking for dependable installers who can work independently and know how to install sheet metal ductwork from layout without instruction.
Work Scope Includes:
Installing sheet metal ductwork from layout
Using tools such as snips, drills, and standard sheet metal tools
Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints
Working independently or as part of a crew
Following jobsite safety and quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of HVAC/sheet metal installation experience
Must be able to work without instruction once layout is complete
Must have own tools, including snips, drill, and basic sheet metal hand tools
Must have full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
