Assist lead HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs Load/unload tools and equipment and ensure proper setup on job sites Help with ductwork, system components, and insulation tasks Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HVAC helper or assistant Familiar with basic HVAC tools and safety procedures Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot Florida conditions Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow
