We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! Florida Cool LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role is customer-facing and requires a commitment to providing top-tier service with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.

Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential and commercial systems.

Inspect HVAC systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.

Ensure compliance with all local HVAC codes and regulations.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about issues, solutions, and maintenance best practices.

Accurately document work performed, parts used, and services rendered using company software or forms.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including company vehicle and tools.

Collaborate with team members and provide support on complex or large projects as needed.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

5 years experience as an HVAC technicianEPA certification requiredFamiliarity with HVAC wiring diagramsAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsProficient with Service Titan CRMValid FL driver’s license
