Job Description:
As an HVAC Helper, you will assist HVAC Technicians on the installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This entry-level position is designed to teach you the ins and outs of our trade from the ground up, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork and unit replacement. Support technicians in routine maintenance and repair tasks. Help with the transportation and preparation of materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Learn and apply new skills as directed by supervising staff. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times. Ability to lift 50lbs Reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Basic knowledge of hand tools. Flexibility to work in various indoor and outdoor settings under different weather conditions.
