CONDO HVAC – SANITIZE, REBUILD & FLUSH
(Clearwater) ‹ image 1 of 3 › Cleveland Street near Missouri Ave compensation: Name Price I live on a fifth story condo unit and have a standard size AC unit in my hallway closet, as well as the main handler on the roof. I’ve been told the roof unit as well/great but the in-home unit has a drain getting clogged, and it’s a challenge to access in the small closet. This will require exposure of the inside closet wall, hopefully not too much flooring, etc. looking to keep this issue limited and contained as I don’t plan to remain at the residence another year. I’ve never had the metal grill scraped clean and it’s covered in rust or mold or soot. If you have cleaned vents or have tools to repair or improve this system reasonably, I’m open to basic parts and labor.
