- Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems in new construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to communicate project updates and resolve any issues.
- Provide guidance and training to HVAC technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and documentation of materials and equipment used.
- Identify and address any on-site challenges to minimize project delays.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a HVAC Field Supervisor, with a minimum of 10 years in the field. Proficiency in HVAC Installation techniques and equipment. Strong knowledge of Mechanical codes and regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license, Excellent communication and customer service skills.
