Position Overview:

We’re hiring a HVAC Repair Technician to perform approved repairs that have already been diagnosed and sold by our highly trained HVAC Selling Techs. This is not a sales position—it’s for someone who wants to focus on the craft, execute jobs with precision, and be rewarded for doing great work. Our selling techs are not just glorified salespeople — they’re true professionals with the technical expertise to diagnose systems properly and tee you up for success. You won’t be cleaning up sloppy quotes or putting out fires. We send you in with clean diagnostics and clear expectations, so you can do what you do best: fix it right and represent the company with pride.

Pay Structure & Incentives:

20% commission on all completed repair tickets $50 bonus for 5-star Google reviews that include your photo $20 bonus for 5-star reviews that mention your name No upselling or pressure — just clean, approved repairs

Responsibilities:

Execute HVAC repairs (motors, boards, coils, TXVs, drain lines, etc.) according to approved quotes Ensure every job meets manufacturer specs, safety codes, and company standards Maintain clear and thorough job notes using ServiceTitan Communicate any issues or customer needs before, during, or after the repair Keep job sites clean, organized, and respectful to the homeowner Represent the company with professionalism and pride

Requirements:

3+ years of residential HVAC repair/service experience High-level diagnostic and technical ability Detail-oriented with strong craftsmanship standards Valid driver’s license and clean driving record EPA Certification required; NATE a plus ServiceTitan experience preferred
