Daily Task Expectations:

• Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
• Maintaining property grounds
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Appliance repair
• Preventative building maintenance

Job Requirements:

• General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
• HVAC Certification required
• Must have your own set of personal hand tools & power drill
• Reliable transportation for Monday-Friday work schedule
