Requirements:
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems effectively5 years+ proven HVAC service experienceSelf-motivated, reliable, and detail-orientedAll tools required to perform work in-field.
Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-orientedMust be EPA CertifiedMust have a valid driver’s licenseAbility to pass a background check, drug screen, and DMV check
Position Summary:
Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety ActTrack repairs and work completed in trade software, HousecallPro.
Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
Common sense is a huge plus!!!!
