This rolerequires on-site presence at job locations. Supervise HVAC installation projects to ensure timely,high-quality, and code-compliant work Coordinate labor resources to maximize efficiency and minimizejobsite downtime Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to installationteams to support skill development and retention Ensure all installation crews adhere to safety policies andprocedures Manage daily jobsite logistics, including equipment, materials,and schedule adherence Conduct quality control inspections and ensure properdocumentation and reporting Track project progress and labor performance, addressinginefficiencies proactively Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and internalteams to ensure installation satisfaction Resolve escalated install-related concerns, ensuring acommitment to 100% customer satisfaction Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch to align resources withproject needs Drive installation excellence through consistent coaching andaccountability

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum five (5) years of experience installing residentialHVAC systems At least three (3) years in a supervisory role, managing HVACinstall teams Strong working knowledge of HVAC equipment, installationtechniques, and building codes Excellent leadership, communication, and organizationalskills Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adaptto shifting priorities Proficient in job tracking and reporting tools Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail A passion for building and leading high-performance installteams Service Titan experience preferred .
