Responsibilities:

Maintenance andRepairs:

Service and repair residential air conditioning systems,including central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and heatpumps.

Diagnostics and Troubleshooting:

Accurately identify andresolve HVAC system issues.

Routine Inspections:

Conduct thoroughevaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

Customer Interaction:

Build trust through clear, professionalcommunication while explaining issues and solutions.

RecordKeeping:

Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.

Safety and Standards:

Follow all safety protocols and companypolicies to ensure compliance.

Stay Sharp:

Keep up with industryadvancements and standards to continuously deliver the bestservice.

Qualifications:

Experience Matters:

At least 3 years as anHVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems.

TechnicalSkills:

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, andrepair methods.

Customer Focus:

Exceptional problem-solving,attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstandingcustomer experiences.

Certifications Required:

EPA certificationand a valid HVAC technician license.

Reliability:

Ability to workindependently and manage your time effectively.

Clean Record:
