Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HVAC Mechanic Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, excellent technical knowledge, and strong supervisory skills. You will coordinate field teams, ensure quality control, and serve as the primary point of contact between technicians, clients, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise HVAC crews on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Coordinate scheduling, materials, and manpower across multiple job sites.

Perform quality checks and provide technical guidance and support to field teams.

Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and lead problem resolution efforts.

Communicate project updates and challenges to management and clients.

Enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

Assist with employee training and development.

Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, time logs, and materials used.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, service, or maintenance.

Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and tools.

Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and project plans.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

OSHA 30 certification.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

HVAC license and EPA Universal Certification preferred.
