Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service. You will work on systems across residential and commercial properties, help guide homeowners through energy-efficient solutions, and contribute to the growth of a well-established service brand.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency Diagnose system malfunctions or breakdowns and recommend repair or replacement options Accurately read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals Educate clients on system performance, best practices, and maintenance routines Keep detailed service records including time, parts used, and work completed Follow company policies, OSHA safety standards, and applicable codes Respond to emergency service calls as part of a rotating on-call schedule Attend regular meetings in Sarasota for supplies and team coordination Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (required); HVAC certification or technical diploma (preferred) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC service (residential required) Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems Ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean abstract Willingness to complete pre-employment background and drug screening Physical ability to perform duties (lifting, confined spaces, equipment handling)

Compensation:

Base wage: $25.00•$40.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift premiums: $2.00/hour after 7:00 PM $3.00/hour on weekends

Schedule:
