un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Commercial HVAC Foreman (Central Florida) compensation: Negotiable employment type: job title: Foreman Operated out of the Central Florida area, Advance Mechanical Systems is a Commercial Mechanical Contractor that focuses on Medical Facilities, Government Buildings, Amusement park resorts, and Schools. Incorporated in April of 2008, Advance Mechanical Systems celebrated our 15th anniversary in 2023. Our Team Members have extensive experience in HVAC construction, service, renovation, and maintenance. We are seeking an experienced working HVAC Foreman Mechanic for commercial HVAC projects in and around the Central Fla area. Do you have working knowledge of commercial HVAC such as ductwork, equipment, take-offs? We are looking for a Foreman with experience in running a project, the installation and repair of sheet metal (and duct board) ductwork, installation of HVAC equipment and related items. The ability to design/create in-field ductwork take-offs is a plus. Are you able to lead mechanical installers towards completing tasks? You just might be the perfect fit! The qualified Foreman HVAC mechanic brings with them a desire to work hard, and work correct. The right candidate will work within scheduling parameters in a construction/on-site/open air environment with some instances of weather-related elements such as heat/rain/cold. Supervise and manage a team of HVAC installers Oversee the installation of HVAC systems Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to PM Must be familiar with OSHA regulations and safety protocols in the construction industry Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, submittals, and technical drawings Mechanical Trade knowledge and standards (i.e. SMACNA) is required. Must be able to sit/squat/stand/climb ladders/bend/carry 50+ lbs in performance of daily tasks Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation is required Please send your resume and/or credentials and we will contact you asap.
