HIRING FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WITH HVAC CERTIFICATION
(St. Augustine) Apartment Community compensation: $20-$22/hr employment type: job title: Maintenance Technician We are currently interviewing for an experienced residential Maintenance Technician, certified in HVAC for a luxury community in St. Augustine, FL. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a full-time position immediately.
Daily Task Expectations:
- Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
- Maintaining property grounds
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Appliance repair
- Pool maintenance
- Preventative building maintenance
Job Requirements:
- General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
- HVAC Certification required
- CPO certification not required but a HUGE plus
- Must have your own set of personal hand tools & power drill
- Reliable transportation for Monday-Friday work schedule
