The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems while adhering to safety standards. Duties

• Maintain HVAC systems and conditioning units
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions to restore functionality.
• Collaborate with team lead
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used during service calls.
• Follow safety protocols while working on equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate to the team lead Skills
• Proficient in mechanics and appliance repair with hands-on experience in field service work related to HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R principles and practices, including installation techniques and troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to build and assemble HVAC components for installation or repair tasks.
• Familiarity with property maintenance tasks that may intersect with HVAC responsibilities.
• Basic welding skills are a plus for certain metal component repair tasks.
