What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, or Restaurant Equipment Technician is preferred but not required
A desire to continue education on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and restaurant equipment
Ability to perform routine maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to work on-call upon advancement to a service technician role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
