Field Maintenance Technician Supervisor (HVAC & Electrician Certified) T&K Kuthan Inc. DBA McDonald’s 465 Lewiston Road, Grovetown, GA 30813 A maintenance technician is responsible for electrical, mechanical and plumbing related repairs. Here are some common duties performed by a maintenance technicians Perform electrical repairs in community areas. Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary. Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building. Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility. Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required. Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris Mop interior floors and pressure wash parking lots as needed•

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager franchise operated restaurants. Ability to Read and Write Possess Basic Computer Knowledge Have a positive attitude Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Work as a member of a team Manage Time effectively Hospitality knowledge and training

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
