Job Description

⚐ ⚑ ⚑ skilled HVAC technician need new heat pump condenser. (English Ave) ‹ image 1 of 13 › Joseph E Lowery Blvd NW near North Ave NW  compensation: $150 to $400 + parts. I have two heat pumps. Both line sets were replaced a month ago. the front lower one was charged with r410a and is now working but it shut down twice. First time lights flickered before shut down, second time there was a burning smell. The back upper needs a new condenser. The old one was r22 but I think we can put in an r410 condenser and still use the existing air handler. We couldn’t get the cheap padlock off the back cage so that may need to be cut off or broken if you can’t just lift off the cage. I will also need the two new thermostats I purchased installed. make sure they both have a c wire connected, and test each one on emergency heat with the power to the condensers off. I’ll pay $150+parts to remove the lock or cage from the back condenser, secure the control cable and protect the connectors from exposure which may cause them to come loose, change the two thermostats, test for emergency heat from both air handlers without power to the condensers, and check that the front (lower) unit is working properly on heat and cold. Please also give an estimate for the new back condenser.
