Job Description
Commercial HVAC Service Technician 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 6971 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 Thermal Concepts is looking to add some experienced Service Technicians to its team! The Service Technician is responsible for the company’s professional image and reputation as well as providing the highest level of efficient customer service to our customers. Technicians are required to perform service repairs and replacements for our customers on an as needed basis 24/7. Technicians are required to be entered into the on-call rotation. They are expected to follow all company guidelines, make quality repairs in a timely manner, take care of all company property, and present themselves in a professional manner at all times.
Responsibilities:
Provide preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Troubleshoot units that are not working and replace parts that are defective. Install refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, pneumatic control, and humidity control systems. Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
Requirements:
At least 6 years of HVAC Service Technician experience Experience with AAON units highly preferred EPA Section 608 & NATE certifications preferred Knowledge of OSHA Safety Regulations Understand and troubleshooting knowledge of the Rooftop Units, Air Handling Units, Wet Systems, Cooling Towers, VAV Boxes, and Variable Frequency Drives Thermal Concepts is an equal opportunity employer
