We are currently looking for an
EXPERIENCED
Maintenance Technician for a full-time job opportunity for an Apartment Complex in the Baton Rouge area! HVAC Certification / All Proper HVAC Tools
REQUIRED
$18-20+/hr. •Depending on Experience•
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. Indoor/Outdoor general maintenance management of all buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and related maintenance equipment. Coordinate, install, inspect, repair, and maintain general electrical, carpentry, & plumbing issues as well as a proficiency in the use of necessary hand, power, and specialty tools. Proven function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by managing/monitoring general maintenance projects i.e., electric, plumbing, HVAC, landscape. Minor painting & touch-ups.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions General working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry Ability to safely and proficiently operate hand, power, and specialty tools Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs if needed At least one year of general maintenance experience
