- Service, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose issues and communicate clearly with customers
- Deliver clean, reliable workmanship on every job
- Represent the company with professionalism and follow-through What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC/R experience (residential or light commercial)
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and job site independence
