This is a great opportunity for a ProjectManager local to the Boston area, both North and South Shore, tojoin a continuously growing team doing about $75M in annualrevenue. Description The MEP Project Manager will be responsiblefor:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

Develop comprehensive projectplans, establish timelines, and coordinate resources to ensureprojects are executed efficiently while meeting quality standards.

Financial Management:

Oversee project budgets, expenses, andfinancial forecasting. Maintain cost control while optimizingresource allocation to maximize project profitability.

StakeholderCommunication:

Effectively communicate with clients, contractors,suppliers, and internal teams. Address concerns, provide updates,and maintain strong relationships to ensure project success.

RiskManagement:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigationstrategies. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions andensure projects remain on track.

Quality Assurance:

Implementquality control processes to guarantee that all deliverables meetor exceed industry standards and client expectations.

TeamLeadership:

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering acollaborative and high-performing environment. Ensure that teammembers are motivated and aligned with project goals.
