Commercial HVAC Experience Core Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems Inspect HVAC systems and components to ensure they are in proper working condition Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters Repair or replace defective equipment, parts, or wiring Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly Follow safety procedures and regulations when working on HVAC systems
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of HVAC/R experience (commercial experience required) Supermarket refrigeration experience is required Strong knowledge of CO2 refrigeration systems and rack system operations Proficiency in HVAC/R troubleshooting and diagnostics Ability to read HVAC/R system blueprints and schematics Understanding of plumbing connections for HVAC systems Experience performing field service work and on-site repairs Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Valid driver’s license EPA Certification (Universal) OSHA 10
